Krypton Technologies sells premium black hoodies and related merchandise through our website:

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, sizes, and colors. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
• Size Guide: Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering. We recommend measuring yourself to ensure proper fit.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of SST (6%). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

When placing an order with Krypton Technologies, you agree to the following:

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Krypton Technologies. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all order information (sizes, quantities, contact details) is accurate before submitting. Please review your order carefully.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer and e-wallet payments (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay). Payment must be completed within 3 days of order placement, or the order will be cancelled.
• Payment Security: All payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment details.
• Price Adjustment: If a price error is discovered on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments at the correct price.
• Promo Codes: Promo codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Each promo code has its own terms and conditions.

Krypton Technologies offers the following fulfillment options:

• Office Pickup Only: All orders are available for pickup at our designated office location. We will contact you via email or phone when your order is ready for collection.
• Pickup Timeline: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 3-7 business days after order confirmation and payment completion.
• Pickup Notification: You will receive notification when your order is ready. Please bring order confirmation or valid ID for pickup.
• Pickup Window: Orders must be collected within 14 days of pickup notification. After this period, uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund.
• Order Inspection: We recommend inspecting your order at pickup. Any issues should be reported immediately to our team.
• Delivery Options: We do not currently offer shipping services. All purchases require in-person pickup.

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of pickup, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will result in declined return/exchange.
• Size Exchanges: One-time size exchanges are permitted subject to availability. You may exchange for a different size of the same product.
• Return Process: Contact our team via email or phone to initiate a return/exchange. Bring the item to our office with your original receipt.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approved return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items on final sale, customized items, or items damaged after pickup cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace defective items at no additional cost.

When providing information to Krypton Technologies, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form or order forms.
• Information Security: Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and secure.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Access: Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Email Communications: Agree to receive email communications regarding your orders and account information. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
• Single Account: Create only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.
